We are looking for an Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The role will be responsible for managing the reporting and analysis of POS information for the US Luxury Division to support strategic business decisions. The Analyst will serve as a liaison for domestic EDI sales-related issues and ensure the maximization of the Luxury Divisions use of available EDI information. This position will also work closely with the Sell-In and Sell-Thru teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the collection, tracking, reporting and analysis of POS information to include Retailer POS and audited sales, SKU and door performance and ranking, new product launches, inventory and any other special needs as identified/requested by Management Manage the tracking, maintenance and reporting of territory alignments and store distribution (new doors/closings/mergers & acquisitions) Maintain the Item Master and ensure consistent, accurate information across the various Coty systems Manage the collection, verification and interface of electronically transmitted POS data between account and internal systems. Work closely with Field Sales, Sell In, Customer, EDI and IT teams to ensure data accuracy Identify and manage required support and maintenance of existing Sales Systems in partnership with cross functional teams to ensure specifications are aligned with dynamic needs of the business Liaise with finance, retailers and other channels to ensure data accuracy as needed. Build and maintain accurate retail sales and inventory history The Ideal Candidate 4-year undergraduate degree, 2 years professional experience in a sales analysis environment Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of database management. SAP and BI tool experience preferred Ability to work with large amounts of data from multiple sources, interpret the data and turn into actionable conclusions Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and organizational/time management skills Strong communication and presentation skills Strong understanding of US beauty market Able to work in a team environment Must be independent, proactive, flexible and work with a strong sense of urgency Ability to juggle several priorities simultaneously, as well as the ability to shift focus efficiently and effectively as direction evolves Ability to handle a high volume of sales team and cross-functional team questions and requests daily
